Qualification of lecturers

One of the most important components of faculty development is the promotion and motivation of our own staff - the lecturers. We implement this, for example, through our training and further education measures. This is not only about imparting medical didactic knowledge, but also about stimulating a lively inter-faculty exchange and awakening and maintaining enthusiasm for teaching. The aim here is to establish a positive teaching culture with development potential.

Our qualification offers at a glance:

  • Regular lecturer training courses on medical didactics in all clinical departments
  • Certificate in Medical Didactics from the Bavarian Universities
  • Teaching and didactic qualification as part of the habilitation process
  • Teaching as part of the APL process
