Description:
The Quality Management and Graduate Survey working group of the Bavarian Competence Network for Medical Education aims to sustainably improve medical education and would therefore also like to better understand the career entry and carreer success of Bavarian graduates of medical degree programs. As there are already various graduate studies in Germany, including those specific to medicine, but no longitudinal study on the career paths of medical, dental and veterinary graduates to date, the aim of MediBAS was to conduct a uniform cross-sectional survey across Bavaria. The third survey round was completed in the end of February 2023.
